The BEST room in the house, y’all. Features one king-sized bed that can be split into two extra large twin beds if desired. This room boasts wrap-around windows and direct access to the deck for lounging and journaling. Stunning views and a luxurious free-standing bathtub + dual headed shower. Yummm.

This is a gorrrrgeous room with direct deck access and amazing views of the Texas hill country. It features one king bed and one extra large twin bed. Known as the blue room, this is a beautiful room for three. It features one king bed and one extra large twin bed. The king bed can be split into two twins to accommodate three guests comfortably. The en suite bathroom will be shared with one other guest from an adjacent room. For lovers of coziness and cosmic surrender.
Bedroom Seven

Known as the green room, this is a beautiful room for three. It features one king bed and one extra large twin bed. The king bed can be split into two twins to accommodate three guests comfortably. The en suite bathroom will be shared with one other guest from an adjacent room. A pretty little portal into another frequency.
Bedroom Eight

2 king beds + 2 twin OR 6 twin beds
En suite bathroom
This room comfortably accommodates 6 guests. It includes two king beds and two extra large twin beds, and the kings can be split into twins as desired. Doors lead out to the deck, offering a breathtaking view, and there’s an en suite bathroom just for the guests of this room. So many times we’ve had retreat roommates become new besties, just saying.
Bedroom Nine

En suite bathroom
This room comfortably accommodates 6 guests. It includes one king bed and four extra large twin beds, and the king can be split into two twins as desired. This is the only upstair room at Havan, and there’s an en suite bathroom just for the guests of this room. Come as strangers, leave with inside jokes.
Casita ~ Room One

This cozy lil cabin is a two minute walk from the main house, offering a bit more privacy for those that like to be tucked away. The Casita includes two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely living room, kitchen, and dining room.
Casita 1 refers to the primary bedroom of the Casita with its own private en suite bathroom. Ideal for a couple or pair of friends that want to share a king bed. Tree house nervous system reset vibes.
Casita ~ Room Two

Bathroom shared with 3 people
This cozy lil cabin is a two minute walk from the main house, offering a bit more privacy for those that like to be tucked away. The Casita includes two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely living room, kitchen, and dining room.
Casita 2 refers to the second bedroom of the Casita which can be set up with one king bed or two twins. Bathroom shared with one other person. Kinda like summer camp for the mysteriously inclined.
Casita ~ Room Three

Bathroom shared with 3 people
This cozy lil cabin is a two minute walk from the main house, offering a bit more privacy for those that like to be tucked away. The Casita includes two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely living room, kitchen, and dining room.
Casita 3 refers to the additional twin bed in the living room of the Casita, which is honestly so dang cute. Bathroom shared with one other person. Ideal for late night whispers over tea.

Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the retreat (July 3rd, 2026): 50% of your deposit is non-refundable
Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the retreat (July 3rd, 2026): Your full deposit is non-refundable
Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the retreat (July 24th, 2026): 50% of the full tuition is non-refundable
Cancellations made within 10 days of the retreat (August 5th, 2026): Full tuition is non-refundable

No — all rooms at the retreat are shared, with the smallest occupancy being two people.
That said, we’ve found some of the sweetest connections and unexpected friendships emerge through the shared room experience. And there will still be plenty of space throughout the weekend to rest, recharge, and have moments to yourself.

Yes. We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs and allergies communicated in advance through the registration form.
We also encourage you to bring whatever supplemental items would make you feel most nourished.
