This is the first-ever offering of Liberation: Adolescent Experience, and it is exclusively available to those who have completed Liberation: Childhood Experience.

Adolescence is a wild crossing: a time of discovery, chaos, confusion, and change. It’s when identities form, desires awaken, and stories of worth and belonging take root. For many of us, this chapter was shaped by unmet needs, cultural and familial pressure, social pain, and internalized shame. And though we’ve grown, those teenage imprints still live in our bodies.

This six-day immersive workshop is an invitation to return—not to the past, but to the parts of you still waiting to be seen, heard, and integrated.

We’ll use somatic tools, creative processes, and ceremonial ritual to gently unravel the unconscious beliefs and nervous system patterns formed during adolescence. Through guided exploration and embodiment, you’ll have the chance to rewrite your adolescent narrative—not by erasing it, but by bringing your wise adult self into connection with the teen inside you.

This is not a workshop about fixing yourself.

It’s about reclaiming the power, innocence, and expression that may have been shut down—and coming home to your full, integrated self.
